Uzbekneftegaz JSC is discussing cooperation and implementation of projects with UK’s Ernst & Young Advisory company in order to improve the efficiency of production processes and optimizing costs, Trend reports with reference to Uzbekneftegaz press service.
In accordance with the Resolution of the President Uzbekistan "on measures to provide the economy and the population with energy resources, financial recovery and improve the management system of the oil and gas industry", Uzbekneftegaz JSC has been assigned to develop a number of measures to improve production efficiency at the company's enterprises.
Cooperation with the Ernst & Young Advisory company has been assessed, and work has begun according to the plan at Shurtan Gas Chemical Complex LLC.
One of the main tasks of Uzbekneftegaz is to increase the efficiency of production processes and optimize costs, as well as to improve the activities of enterprises with the involvement of independent international experts.
Reliability management has been proposed to create an effective maintenance strategy, including device classification and categorization.
An option was put forward to create diagnostic and reliability services at the enterprises of the Uzbekneftegaz JSC system in order to determine the main cause of emergencies.
After the division of devices into categories, an emergency technical reserve will be created, which will prevent a long shutdown of important technological devices in processes and reduce technological losses of raw materials.
