Uzbekneftegaz reveals hydrocarbons volume processed at oil refineries for 9M2020

According to the department of oil refining, petrochemistry, storage, and transportation of oil products, from January through September 2020, Uzbekneftegaz processed 1.3 million tons of hydrocarbons.

As a result, 620,100 tons of motor gasoline, 469,200 tons of diesel fuel, 67,400 tons of jet fuel, and 78,200 tons of fuel oil have been produced.

The indicators of the use of production capacities amount to 72.8 percent, which is 29.2 percent more than it was projected.

In 1Q2020, as a result of the replacement of the catalyst on the gas oil hydrotreater with a modern form at the Bukhara oil refinery, the production of diesel fuel Euro-4, 5 ecological categories were established. Some 43,500 tons of Euro-4, 5 diesel fuel were produced and delivered to consumers until the end of September.

In July, agreements were signed and practical work began on the development of a basic project for the modernization and reconstruction of the Bukhara Oil Refinery between Bukhara Oil Refinery LLC, Honeywell UOP (US), and SK E&C (South Korea).

The total volume of gasoline and diesel fuel supplied to the consumer of Uzbekistan, amounted to 742,600 and 544,600, respectively.

The coordination of work on the full production of petroleum products, planned by oil refineries under the company, was carried out, and measures were taken to create reserves of petroleum products.

As a result, reserves of 167,000 tons of diesel fuel and 83,000 tons of gasoline were created locally.

Based on the Decree of the President of Uzbekistan, internal regulations have been developed and the sale of all types of oil products has been launched through the Republican Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange.

Effective work was carried out to increase income by creating convenience for the country's consumers, improving the quality of services, and increasing sales of petroleum products, as well as updating the appearance of outlets following modern standards.
