Azerbaijan produced 31.6 million tons of oil (together with condensate) from January through November 2020,Trend reports with reference to the country’s Ministry of Energy.
According to the ministry, during the reporting period, the given indicator dropped by roughly 2.6 million tons compared to the same period of 2019.
Azeri-Chirag-Deepwater Gunashli (ACG) accounted for 21.6 million tons of oil, Shah Daniz - 3.2 million tons (together with condensate). SOCAR's share is 6.8 million tons (together with condensate).
Over the mentioned period, Azerbaijan exported 26 million tons of oil (with condensate), which is almost 2.5 million tons or 8.8 percent less compared to the same period of last year.
At the same time, 24.8 million tons out of the total volume of oil (with condensate) were exported by the consortium, and 1.2 million tons - by the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR).
In the third quarter of 2020, SOCAR carried out drilling operations with the depth of over 11,000 meters.
At the same time, SOCAR processed about 1.3 million tons of oil, over 827 million cubic meters of natural gas.
