Georgia reveals prices of fuel for May 4

The highest fuel price in Georgia was recorded at Wissol filling stations as of May 4, 2021, Trend reports via Georgian media.

According to the latest data, at SOCAR filling stations one liter of regular fuel is 2.71 lari (79 cents), which is 0.11 lari (3.20 cents) less than the cost of the same type of fuel than at Wissol filling stations. At Wissol filling stations the price of Euroregular fuel is 2.82 lari (82 cents).

Regular fuel prices also increased significantly in the case of Gulf (2.79 lari/81 cents) and Rompetrol (2.76 lari/81 cents) petrol stations.

As for the Super fuel, in this case the prices of both Wissol and SOCAR are at a record high and amount to 2.99 lari (87 cents) per liter.

Diesel prices also rose. In particular, the price for a diesel SOCAR in euros is 2.80 lari (81 cents), and for a diesel Wissol in a euro - 2.83 lari (82 cents). The difference in this case is 0.03 tetri (1 cents).

As of May 4, 2021, the highest fuel price in Georgia was recorded at Lukoil's Super ecto 100 - 3.10 lari (90 cents).

Taking into account the general data, a sharp rise in prices was recorded for both “regular” and “super” fuels.

As the trend of the current and previous months shows, according to the rise in prices, the company Wissol is still in the lead.
