Some 11,051 million cubic meters of natural gas was produced by Uzbekneftegaz JSC from January through April 2021, which exceeded the targeted plan by seven percent, Trend reports referring to Uzbekneftegaz JSC.
It is reported that a number of works were carried out aimed at increasing the volume of production and processing of hydrocarbons in the departments and enterprises for the production and processing of oil and gas of Uzbekneftegaz JSC from January through April 2021.
In accordance with the decree of the president of Uzbekistan, 56 wells were drilled in 4M2021, 233 wells were overhauled, and 14 technological facilities were built and put into operation.
Also, an additional 557.3 million cubic meters (of which 207.2 million cubic meters under the program) of natural gas, 6,900 tons of gas condensate, and 1,300 tons of oil were produced.
As a result of the implementation of the above geological and technical measures, the implementation of Uzbekneftegaz JSC targets for oil and gas production and processing in 4M2021 amounted to:
- natural gas – 11,051 million cubic meters (exceeding the plan by seven percent);
- oil – 41,300 tons (8.3 percent);
- condensate – 482,500 tons (1.1 percent);
- sulfur – 86,300 tons, (0.6 percent);
- polyethylene – 46,700 tons, (0.5 percent);
- gasoline – 285,700 tons, (11 percent);
- diesel fuel – 85,500 tons, (34.6 percent).
