BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 6. Kazakhstan is discussing extension of a ban on the export of gasoline, diesel fuel and certain types of petroleum products by road, Trend reports citing the corresponding decree.

The ban is to be introduced for a period of six months. The exemption is export in gas tanks provided by the manufacturer of motor vehicles, as well as in separate containers in the volume of not more than 20 liters.

In the case that the decree is approved, the restriction will enter into force 10 days after the decree is officially published.

The corresponding restriction was first introduced in Kazakhstan on November 21, 2021.
