BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 12. The sales of the Iranian Zagros Petrochemical Company increased by 34 percent, over the last Iranian year (March 21, 2021 through March 20, 2022), compared to the preceding Iranian year (March 20, 2020 through March 20, 2021), Trend reports citing the company’s website.
According to the report, the value of company's sales for the reporting period amounted to more than 190 trillion rials (about $4.52 billion).
“Meanwhile, in the 12th month of the last Iranian year (February 20 through March 20, 2022), the value of the company’s sales amounted to 23.7 trillion rials (about $565 million). This is an increase of 137 percent compared to the 11th month (January 21 through February 19, 2022),” the report said.
In total, the Zagros Petrochemical Company's net revenues for last Iranian year amounted to 170 trillion rials (about $4.04 billion), which is 30 percent more than in preceding Iranian year.
Iran’s Zagros Petrochemical Company is located in the Pars Special Economic Energy Zone (PSEEZ) in the Bushehr Province (southern Iran). The company can produce 3.3 million tons of methanol and 1.65 million tons of synthetic gas per year.
