The State oil company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) is planning to ship 9,100 tons of jet fuel, produced at the Heydar Aliyev Refinery, to British company Petrogas.

Last month SOCAR has sold a consignment of 15,897 tons of jet fuel to the same purchaser.

Supplies are carried out in accordance with an appropriate contract with Petrogas, envisioning the delivery of 50,000 tons of TS-1 jet fuel on FOB terms off the ports of Batumi and Poti.

SOCAR plans to ship the entire consignment off a Georgian coast, following the supply of the June lot of the jet fuel to Batumi.

This year the company has already shipped 75,000 tons of jet fuel to the Swiss trader Glencore.

Since January through June, the company has exported 93,751 tons of jet fuel, including the June consignment of 25,928 tons.
