According to Watkins, in case, the government agrees on proposals, the tariff regulation will not be necessary, as the market will define the prices itself. В"For achieving success the private operators are to introduce tariffs for heating supply aimed at causing the competence with the prices on electrical power. The government lately carries out the active work in this respect. The country’s president is interested himself in this issue and the Cabinet of Ministers together with the other state structures prepare the state program on heating supply. Р Рђ Consulting Group assists the government in this regard”, he said.
