“Azerbaijan does not envisage change of heat tariffs in autumn and winter,” Yashar Hassanov, the chairman of the Azerbaijan Heat Supply JSC, told Trend. According to Hassanov, heat tariffs comprise 250 manats per cu m. The figure is lower than prime cost.
Hassanov noted that the social level of the population must be taken into consideration at determination of tariffs.
As to debts of subscribers, Hassanov stressed that they addressed to the government in this regard and voiced hope in solution of the problem.
