The Opening ceremony of the autonomous boiler-house within the pilot project of the Pa Government Service Inc, envisaged in the strategy for solution of heating problems in Azerbaijan was put off till 29 November - 1 December, Ilham Mirzaliyev, a member of the working group, told Trend.
According to Mirzaliyev, the delay is related to busy schedule of the governmental bodies and the U.S. embassy in Azerbaijan, which will participate in the ceremony.
Mirzaliyev noted that the boiler-house would be launched in Sabuncu district, Z.Sharifov Str. 22 on 15 or 16 November.
