Over 108,000 gas devices were installed in Baku in 2005, Bakgas State Enterprise, the structure of Azerigas told Trend. The enterprise supposes to increase their number to 120,000.
Azerigas plans to install 220,000 gas devices in Azerbaijan till 20 December 2005, while a total of 150,000 have been installed so far.
Azerigas intends to install around 500,000 gas devices in the country in 2006.
The gas devices are purchased from Sanayejihaz enterprise within the implementation of the 8 February 2005 decree y the Cabinet of Ministers.
Besides, Azerigas signed a contract with Belarusian Belamo on delivery of 30,000 devices for $840,000.
