SOCAR not informed of Ukraine's interests on purchase of oil products for Georgia
Ukraine has not informed Azerbaijan on interests of purchase of diesel fuel and mazut for further humanitarian assistance to Georgia, which is currently suffering from energy crisis, the SOCAR told Trend.
The Unkrainianedia reported that the Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers resolved to allocate public budget funds for the purchase of diesel fuel and mazut from Azerbaijan for rendering assistance to Georgia.
In 1999-2000 Azerbaijan had delivered diesel fuel to Ukraine, while it did not settled accounts for the purchased oil product. Ukraines debts at present comprise $5,269m.
Two oil refinery plants (ORP) Heydar Aliyev and Azerneftyag are involved in the production of oil products in Azerbaijan.
