The trade union committee will be established at Azfen, the Republican Trade Unions Committee of oil and gas industry workers told Trend.
The constituent conference will be held on 17 February at the Azerbaijan Confederation of Trade Unions involving its head Sattar Mehbaliyev, the companys executives, the head of the committee Djahangir Aliyev and the head of the committee on protection of rights of the oil workers, Mirvari Gahramanli.
The initiative group was set in early February.
65 representatives will participate in the conference.
Similar committees were founded at McDermott, Bosshelf and PCH Offshore in 2005.
Till now trade union committees were available at Shirvan Oil, Salyan Oil, Azgerneft, Anshad Petrol and Lukoil Azerbaijan.
