Hearing of the case on redundant employees of PCH Offshore was postponed, the Republican Trade Union Committee of Oil and Gas Industry Employees (RTUCOGIE) told Trend.
The recent sitting made a sentence to put off the hearing temporarily in relation to study of the case. The exact date of the legal hearing will be determined during 10 days, the Committee noted.
The former employees of PCH Offshore, Vusal Jafarov and Anar Badalov filed a suit against the Company with request to return them to their previous jobs.
The rights of the plaintiffs are defended by Azer Guliyev, who is lawyer of Bos Shelf.
The initiator of the work is RTUCOGIE, which also solves financial issues of the case.
