State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) has resumed the repair works at the # 1063 foundation of the Oil Stones field, which has lost all its communication lines as a result of the 1992 hurricane., SOCAR told Trend.
Geological Technical repair works are now at the final stage in the area. 7 wells have been returned to the exploitation as a result. Their current debit is 40 tons of oil per day. The 3 remaining wells will soon be turned into exploitation. The total expected debit from all wells will be 55 tons.
