Salyan oil has reached the 13th horizon in drilling the exploratory well and finished its work for SOCAR, the company told Trend. The well` s depth is 4.000 meters. The well has been included in the PSA contract.
Salyan oil is involved in the construction of the contract site Kursanga- Garabagli. 8 wells are expected to be drilled at the contract site this year. 4 of them will be exploitation wells, 2 for layer water pumping, 1 explorative and 1 evaluative. The amount of expected investments is $50 million. The drilling will be done by the Chinese drilling contractor- Great Wall.
