The meeting of Azeri, Georgian, Turkish energy ministers for discussion of increase of Georgian share in gas within the project of installation of South Caucasian pipeline is scheduled to June 12-13, Trend reports quoting Isaak Novruzov, Georgian deputy Minister of Energy. The meeting place is still to be advised.
By 2007, Georgias need in gas shall rise from todays 1.5bn to 2bn m3, even now the gas is purchased in Russia.
Georgian official said the last meeting was held in Baku, resulting in establishment of commission to work out the proposals for possible volumes of gas to pass to Georgia.
