The president of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) Rovnak Abdullayev on July 11 met with the representative of the corporative relations and human resources department of French Total Company Cehan-Erik Blumeru and the representative of Total in Azerbaijan Terry Norman, Trend reports quoting SOCAR.
Norman noted that Total takes a great interest in realization of training programs for SOCAR, and for this purpose, the representative of the company from France arrived in Azerbaijan.
Cehan-Erik Blumeru noted that in Total, he is involved in the scholarship program for the foreign students within the program of staff training. Besides, he has appeared in person of head of staff training programs for many foreign oil companies.
SOCAR intends to organize the study of magistracy students and bachelors within the staff training, with the assistance of Total.
