The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan plans shipping 16.88k ton of gasoline in four tanker loads under the contract with Petrofarm of Singapore. SOCAR officials told Trend three loads in total amount 12.66k ton had already been shipped. В"One more load is shipped today. No more loads will be shipped to Iran this monthВ", they underlined.

12k ton of gasoline Рђ-92 has been sold to Georgia this month. The same amount of shipment to the country is planned for August. Such reduction is explained by Georgia importing gasoline Рђ-95 from Bulgaria. В"Even if we wanted to, we would not be able to sell more gasoline to Georgia as our oil refineries are more idle today due to oil export riseВ", SOCAR officials said.

In late June 2006 SOCR closed the tender for sale of 163k ton of gasoline Рђ-92 for the second half-year. The tender was awarded to Saknaftobtransi of Georgia. The sold gasoline was produced at Heydar Aliyev oil refinery (former Azerneftyanacag).

In December 2005 SOCAR signed a contract with Petrofarm for supply of 50k ton of gasoline in 2006. The gasoline is shipped from mooring #20 and delivered in CASPAR tankers to port Neka of Iran.
