During the official visit of Ukrainian President Victor Yushenka to Azerbaijan on September 7-8, discussions will be held mainly on the possibility of creating a new rote for the transportation of Caspian oil, press-secretary of Ukrainian President Irina Gerashenko told a press-conference on September 1, Trend Special Correspondent in Ukraine reports.
According to her, within the visit discussions will be held on the cooperation in trade and economical sphere, as well as energy security and energy projects.
Gerashenko said that according to conclusion of Ukrainian President, the creation of a new route for transporting Caspian oil - Baku-Supsa-Odessa-Borda-Polsk is the important directions of the cooperation between the two countries.
According to the press-secretary, Yushenka will meet with the president of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, head of government and parliament of Azerbaijan.
On September 8, Yushenka will visit Baku Slavic University.
