In October, 2006, total of 1 mln. 058.030 thousand tons of the oil was carried out to the Turkish Port of Ceyhan via pipeline Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan" (BTC) and shipped from this port, a source in BP Azerbaijan told Trend. The oil volumes were sold out in 12 tanker consignments.
On the whole, starting from July 13, 2006, when the first tanker went from Ceyhan, 4.160. 628 tons of oil was shipped in this port. This volume was sent by 44 tanker consignments, the source said.
