The tender of the Joint-Stock Company Azerenerji on the second stage of the project on setup the SCADA system, is attended by 4 companies - Arena, GBB, Siemens, General Electric, said the Vice President of Azerenerji, Marlen Askerov, Trend reports.
The first stage of the SCADA system in Azerenerji is in the completion stage. This project will be fully completed by the end of December. At the same time, the old dispatch center will work together with new one till the specialists are fully trained.
The first stage of the project was made possible through the finances of the German Bank KfW totaling в'¬2,5 mln. The second stage of the project is intended to be realized next year through the World Bank.
The cost of the second stage of the project is estimated at $55 mln, with $47 mln from the world Bank and $8 mln from the Azerbaijani Government.
