We are negotiating on this issue. The existing agreement with Turkey BOTAS is viewed for the first time. Some amendments are taken in order not to harm the parties, said Mr. Aliyev.

In order to finally agree and sign an agreement on the issue on distributing the Turkish gas share to be produced from Shahdaniz among Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Turkey, it is necessary to solve numerous judicial issues.

The countries should sign an agreement on distributing a part of the gas at a volume 2,82 bln. cubic meters to be received by Turkey in 2007 in accordance with the previously-reached agreements.
