The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) informed Trend that two more wells will be drilled in south part of West Absheron field with Absheron drilling rig,. The death of well is approximately 850m.
Drilling with the help of KHazar-4 is continued currently in this potion of the field.
At present the rig concluded drilling in one of the fields and is getting prepared for drilling a next well in this portion of the field. its project depth is approximately 800m, the SOCAR said.
In total, it is planned to drill 12 well from the field and they will pre-drilling.
After the completion of drilling they will be conserved for further production of from the platform, the company stressed.
