In 2006, Azerkimiya State Company has produced products totaling to AZN 905,900. Generally, the production indicator in the enterprises of the state company has increased by 23,2% as comprised to the same period of 2005. Forecasts have been implemented at 141.7%.
For this period, polyethylene of high pressure has been produced by 32,8% more than in 2005, butadiene by 7,2%, butylene- isobutylene fraction by 5,3%, propylene oxide by 40%, polyester resin by 66,9%, liquid hydrate of sodium by 26%, dehydration isopropyl alcohol by 17%.
For the reported period, the Company has employed 750 people. A majority of products of Azerkimiya was exported to Turkey, Russia, Georgia, Latvia, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Iran and Iraq.
