The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) has put into commission a new gas well drilled from Platform Guanshli-3 on shallow water section of the field of Guanshli, which is developed by SOCAR as its own, a source in SOCAR informed Trend.
The well was drilled to the tenth horizon. Oil was previously produced from it, however, then the well was turned into gas production. It became possible due to carrying out geological works. The gasser production rate is 300 thousand cubic meters per day.
