Azerbaijan, Baku /corr. Trend I.Khalilova / Electric energy price hike caused slight electric consumption payment fall in Azerbaijan, said Yagub Eyyubov, first vice premier of Azerbaijan on Friday.
Tariff council of Azerbaijan unified on January 1 kwt/h electric energy price for all consumer categories in the country as 0,06 manats.
"I think the fall is temporary. After full installation of meters in the republic, payment rate will rise", - he said. Yagubov said all Azerbaijan regions have low payment rates. Electric consumption payment rate constitutes 75-80% in Baku .
