Azerbaijan, Baku / corr. Trend S.Babayeva, S.Aliyev / The Minister pf Industry and Energy of Azerbaijan, Natig Aliyev, said on 2 March that the third exploitation well in the gas condensate field "Shah Deniz" will be launched in March. The fourth will be launched in April-May and first in September-October.
Earlier gas leakage had been discovered in the first well and it resulted in closing it temporarily and put the second well into exploitation. Presently the daily debt of the second well in "Shah Deniz" is nearly 6 mln cu.m. "Presently the technical operator of "Shah Deniz" project, BP, is working on this program," the Minister said.
