Azerbaijan, Baku /corr Trend S.Aliyev / ВР Azerbaijan will commission the third pre-drilling well on Shah Deniz well at the beginning of April.
The Azerbaijan Government informed that later on it is planned to put into exploitation the 4th well. After the commissioning of 2 wells ВР Azerbaijan will return to the first well. The first pre-drilling well was ceased as a result of gas leakage.
Within the framework of "Stage-1" of the development project on Shah Deniz, 8.6bln cu m of gas will be produced annually. In 2007 2.8bln cu m of gas will be produced on Shah Deniz.
