Azerbaijan, Baku/ Trend , corr. S. Aliyev / "BakiElektrikShabaka" OJSC (Baku Electric Power Distributing Network), managing the Baku City electric energy distribution network, has prepared a Programme for the Development of Its Network, a source in "BakiElektrikShabaka" has told Trend today.
The programme will consist of two steps to be implemented within four periods. The first stage will cover 2007-2009 and consist of two periods. The second stage of the development of the mentioned programme - 2010-2020 will also b implemented in two periods.
The Development Programme envisages the reconstruction and modernization of the existing networks, renovation of the infrastructure, as well as installation of electricity counters considering for the system of prepaymentию существующих сетей, and staff policy of the Company.
Notably, from November, 2006, when "BakiElektrikShabaka" OJSC was founded - up to date, the amount of investments has reached about AZN 25 mln., with AZN 12 mln. out of which granted from the reserve fund in accordance with the Presidential Decree.
