Trend I.Khalilova/ The transportation of hydrocarbons and other goods via the Caspian will requires legislative solutions and it would be favorable to cancel a permission system in the international automobile deliveries. Karim Masumov, Kazakhstan's Prime Minister, made this statement on 4 April in a meeting with his Azerbaijani counterpart, Artur Rasizade.
During the talks held in Baku, all agreements on transportation of energy resources will have their practical application.
An intergovernmental agreement on joint oil pumping via the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) is a good example for upgrade of relationships. I am sure that in the near future the work over the transportation agreement will be complete under this project," he said.
This is Masimov's first foreign visit since his appointment to the post of Prime Minister and it was paid to Azerbaijan namely at the instruction of Kazakhstan's leader.
"The level of interrelationships between Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan in all spheres is high, but it is still to be expanded," the Azerbaijani Prime Minister stated. During the talks the sides reached an agreement on all directions. Positive dynamic of bilateral relationships between the two countries is well reflected on goods turnover, which has doubled.
Masimov invited the Azerbaijani Prim Minister to pay a reply visit to Kazakhstan, in particular, to Aktau, which will enable to carry out the agreements reached earlier.
