Azerbaijan, Baku / corr Trend S.Aliyev / The oil refinery plant Visakha, belonging to Hindustan Petroleum Corporation (HPCL), tested this year Azerbaijani sort of oil within the framework of prospects of its refinery.
HPCL reported that along with Azerbaijani oil, crude oil supplied from Nigeria, Brunei and Yemen was also tested.
HPCL increased ORP's capacity to 9.2mln tons a year from 7.5mln tons a year. The ORP is capable of refining over 100 types of oil.
In 2007 FY the ORPs plans to export 1.5mln tons of oil products.
