Azerbaijan, Baku / corr. Trend S.Agayeva / The Ambassador of Belarus to Azerbaijan, Nikolay Paskevich, said on 20 April in Baku that Belarus is prepared to co-operate with Azerbaijan with regards to oil refinery. According to him, Belarus has high level oil refineries with which are unique in CIS countries.
"After one and a half years, we will complete modernizing a number of productions that will provide an opportunity to achieve the level of oil refinery depth at 92%. It is a world-wide standard," he said. There are two oil refineries in Azerbaijan of which the total capacity exceeds 20 mln tons per year. Both oil refineries functions under the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan.
