International "Caspian Oil and Gas, Refining and Petrochemicals" Exhibition to Begin on 5 June in Baku

Azerbaijan, Baku / corr. Trend S.Aliyev / The 14th International "Caspian Oil and Gas, Refining and Petrochemicals" Exhibition and Conference will begin on 5 June in Baku. The exhibition is held by the British exhibition company, ITE Group Plc, through the support of the Ministry of Industry and Energy of Azerbaijan and State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR), a source in Iteca Caspian stated on 4 June.

The exhibition will bring together 360 companies from 32 countries around the world, an increase of 5% compared to last year.

Nearly 30% of the companies will be participating in the exhibition for the first time. This year 25% of the participants are Azerbaijani companies. The exhibition will conclude on 8 June.

Within the exhibition, a conference 'Role of Azerbaijan in the strategic development of the oils and gas operations in Caspian Sea' will take place on 6-7 June. The conference will be attended by the representatives of the Ministries of Industry and Energy, Ecology and Natural Resources from 30 countries, as well as the Deputy Minister of Oil and Energy, Anita Atses, Deputy Minister of Energy and Natural Resources of Turkey, Yusif Yazar and the Deputy Minister of Economy and Technologies of Germany, Hartmurt Shnayder.
