Azerbaijan, Baku / corr Trend S.Aliyev / Bruce Luberski, the BP Vice President on ACG Construction Work, stated to a briefing on 29 June that over first 5 months of 2007 a total of $45mln has been spent on construction work over the project on Azeri fueld development. Total expenses for construction work under Azeri field comprise $6.53bln.
Azeri field is part of the Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli contract area operated by BP.
Under the project on development of the Deepwater Guneshli field, some $475mln has been spent on construction work over the first 5 monts of 2007. Total expenses for construction work under the Deepwater Guneshli field comprise $2.53bln.
In general, $9.35bln has been spent on Azeri and Phase 3 projects for the utilization of sewerage and construction of south manifold of the Deepwater Guneshli field.
