Previously Nasibov was the senior executive of Gazakh region's Gas Construction Department, the head of Gas Exploitation Department in Naftalan and Goranboy, the Chief Inspector of the State Gas Construction Department, and the Deputy Manager of Ganja's Gas Exploitation Department.
