The volume of non-cash payments in Azerbaijan's Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic has increased by 12.1 percent in January-December, Trend reports referring to the media outlets in Nakhchivan.
The volume of non-cash payments in Nakhchivan over 11 months of this year has exceeded 31.9 million manat, which is more than the same period of last year by 3.86 million manat.
Over 10 million transactions were executed by means of the terminal network, and more than 21.8 million manat accounted for online payments.
As of December 1, 1,272 POS-terminals were installed in the commercial areas of Nakhchivan.
