By Fakhri Vakilov – Trend:

New amendments to the Uzbek legislation do not allow to make payments for the sale of own-produced goods by legal entities to other legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, Trend reports via Uzbek media.

Previously, calculations were allowed to be made only in the non-cash order.

At the same time, it is necessary to make cash payments under a single contract in the amount of up to 100 times the minimum wage (20, 273 million soums) using cash registers.

Moreover, the wholesale distribution of goods can now be carried out on the basis of agreements concluded with the settlement of accounts in cash or in a cashless order within the framework of the above amount, including through plastic cards. Previously, wholesale trade was carried out only in non-cash order.

The current legislation states that it is possible to carry out the retail sale of goods in a non-cash order, but non-cash revenue should not exceed 10 percent of the total monthly turnover of the enterprise.
