The volume of repatriations of investments from Uzbekistan amounted to more than $ 1.19 billion in 2018 against 779.8 million in 2017, Trend reports with reference to the Central Bank of Uzbekistan.
Central Bank states that payments to foreign investors under the PSA increased from $524.4 million in 2017 to $1.03 billion in 2018.
To repay debt on loans from parent companies in 2018, $166 million was sent against $ 255.4 million in 2017.
