The volume of mutual trade of Kazakhstan and other members of Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) during the period of January-April 2019 equaled to $6.126 billion, which is 0.1 percent more than in the same period of the previous year, Trend reports referring to Committee of Statistics of Kazakhstan.
“During the reporting period, the volume of Kazakh export to other EAEU countries amounted to $1.865 billion , which is 3.8 percent less than in the same period last year," the report said.
“In turn, the volume of Kazakh import from the EAEU countries equaled to $4.261 billion, which is 1.9 percent more than in the same period of the previous year,” the statement said.
The major part (92.6 percent) of foreign trade turnover volume of Kazakhstan with other EAEU countries accounts for Russia, 4.1 percent of the volume account for Kyrgyzstan, and 3.2 percent account for Belarus.
