Revenues of Azerbaijan's State Committee on Urban Planning and Architecture amounted to 5.536 million manats in 2018, Trend reports referring to the committee.
According to the committee's report, its expenses amounted to 5.706 million manats, of which the bulk (66 percent) fell on net operating expenses in the amount of 3.764 million manats. A little more than a quarter, or 26.5 percent, amounted to employee salaries and state social insurance in the total amount of 1.51 million manats.
Revenues of the Baku Main Department for Construction and Architecture, subordinate to the committee, totaled 269,300 manats. Expenses exceeded revenues by 300 manats and amounted to 269,600 manats. Almost the entire amount (97 percent) fell on employees' salaries and other expenses related to staff, having amounted to 262,900 manats.
The volume of revenues of the State Main Design Institute, subordinate to the committee, amounted to 780,300 manats. The institute's expenses amounted to 532,800 manats, of which the bulk (57 percent) fell on net operating expenses, the volume of which amounted to 301,900 manats. Salaries of employees and other expenses related to staff amounted to 209,900 manats, or about 40 percent of the total expenses.
The total revenues of the Baku State Design Institute amounted to 1.269 million manat. The amount of expenses amounted to 1.163 million manats, the bulk of which (62 percent) fell on employee salaries and other expenses related to staff in the amount of 723,000 manats. About 11.5 percent accounted for net operating expenses.
The total income of the State Committee on Urban Planning and Architecture, together with the subordinate structures mentioned above, amounted to 9.518 million manats, most of which (58 percent) accounted for the state committee itself. Total expenses amounted to 8.973 million manats. The state committee accounted for almost 64 percent of all expenses. The share of salary expenses in the total expenditure amounted to 38 percent.
