Azerbaijan’s PASHA Bank eyes to increase its authorized capital

Azerbaijan’s PASHA Bank intends to increase the volume of its authorized capital, Trend reports referring to Chief Financial Administrator of PASHA Bank Bahruz Nagiyev who spoke at a press conference on the results of the bank’s activities for the first half of 2019.

Nagiyev said that the discussions are underway on the ways to increase the bank’s authorized capital.

The authorized capital of the bank is 333 million manat ($196.287 million), which is the highest indicator among private banks in Azerbaijan.

Nagiyev added that after increasing the total assets’ volume of the bank, which already exceeds 5 billion manat ($2.947 billion), the loan portfolio is also planned to be increased in the first half of 2020.
