TEDPIX, the main index of Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE) has reached a new record by the end of April 28, at the end of trading with a jump of 24,338 points.
At the end of trading on Tuesday, April 28, the Tehran Stock Exchange index gained 24,338 points and reached 845,008 points, which is an unprecedented record, Trend reports citing NIPNA.
The traders of Tehran Stock Exchange traded more than 6.7 billion shares in 1.183 million transactions worth $2.1 billion.
The first market’s index rose 19,077 points and the second market’s index climbed 46,490 points at TSE on Saturday.
The main players at the stock market, which strengthened the overall index included Persian Gulf Petrochemical, Ghadir Investment, Mobarakeh Steel, Chadermelo, Mellat Bank, Tapico and Pars Petrochemical.
The most popular players on the TSE, are Bandar Abbas Oil Refinery, Mellat Bank, Isfahan Oil Refinery, Saderat Bank, Pars Bank and Eghtesad Novin Bank.
