Several investors to start operating in Iran's Qazvin province

As many as 10 new investors will start operating at the industrial parks of Qazvin province in western Iran in the current Iranian year (starting from March 20, 2020), said Executive Director of Qazvin Small Industries and Industrial Parks Organization (ISIPO) Hamedreza Khanpour, Trend reports citing the organization’s website.

According to Khanpour, 3.5 hectares of land have been given to investors and they will invest a total of 1.05 trillion rials (about $25 million).

Khanpour added that 150 people will be employed if the enterprises to be built are put into operation.

The official said that this year, the largest number of investors was attracted to Khorramdasht and Hakimiyyah industrial parks.

"Efforts will continue to attract investors in Qazvin province to increase production," he said.

There are 20 industrial parks with more than 900 production facilities in Iran's Qazvin province.
