The average monthly salary per employee in Azerbaijan’s Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic reached 520 manat ($305) from January through April 2020, Trend reports on June 23 referring to a report of the State Statistics Committee of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
In accordance with the data, the growth reached 19 percent compared to the previous indicator.
The banks and credit organizations of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic issued loans to legal entities and individuals in the amount of 62.5 million manat ($36.8 million) from January through May 2020, which is 1.8 times more than in the same period of last year.
Some 8.4 million manat ($4.9 million) or 13.5 percent of the issued loans were short-term while 54.1 million manat ($31.8 million) or 86.5 percent - long-term.
As of May 1, 2020, the population of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic increased by 3,303 people compared to the four months of last year and reached 460,294 people.
Some 404.2 million manat ($237.8 million) was allocated from all financial sources of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic as part of investments in fixed assets from January through May 2020, which is 1.3 percent more than in 2019.
Some 384.1 million manat ($225.9 million) accounted for construction and installation work or 95 percent of the funds allocated for the fixed assets.
