The Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan has opened an auction for the sale of state property, which will take place on June 29, 2021, Trend reports with reference to Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper.
Both Turkmen and foreign citizens, as well as non-state legal entities of the country and legal citizens of foreign countries who applied in the prescribed form and made the deposit for participation in the auction in due time, will be able to participate.
The foreign legal entities, international organizations established under the legislation of foreign states, their permanent representations and branches in Turkmenistan also can participate in the auction after receiving permission from Agency for Protection from Economic Risks under the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan.
Applications are accepted and participants are able to be registered by the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan from the date of publication of the news and 24 hours before the start of the auction.
As reported, it is planned to put up for auction for privatization by the private sector 21 objects of state property in Turkmenistan.
