TEHRAN, Iran, March 29. The Central Bank of Iran (CBI) is offering advances to knowledge-based companies to support production and sustainable employment, said CBI Governor Ali Salehabadi, Trend reports via IRNA.
The Central Bank of Iran has issued a decree to banks to accelerate the process of offering loans and advances to knowledge-based companies. The mentioned action is part of the plan to transform the banking system n Iran.
Salehabadi said that at the core of the reform stand the relations between the Central Bank, the government, other banks, and the customers.
Banks in Iran will also collaborate with the local Securities and Exchange Organization by forming money market funds.
