BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 27. Total liabilities of Azerbaijan’s Pasha Bank increased by 28.3 percent as of March 31, 2022, compared to the same period in 2021, Trend reports citing the bank's balance sheet.

According to Pasha Bank, the bank’s total liabilities increased by 1.4 billion manat ($823.5 million) over the year - up to 6.5 billion manat ($3.8 billion).

A significant share (86.49 percent) in the structure of liabilities was made by deposits - 5.6 billion manat ($3.3 billion). At the same time, the share of deposits of legal entities in the structure of the bank's liabilities amounted to 67.4 percent. Deposits of legal entities amounted to 3.8 billion manat ($2.2 billion).

The share of deposits of individuals in the structure of liabilities of Pasha Bank amounted to 32.5 percent. Deposits of individuals amounted to 1.8 billion manat ($1.05 billion).

Bank's liabilities to credit organizations and other financial institutions amounted to 615.7 million manat ($362.1 million).

The Bank's liabilities to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan Republic (CBAR) and state funds amounted to 57.9 million manat ($34 million), other liabilities – 154 million manat ($90.6 million).

Bank’s share capital amounted to 576.7 million manat ($339.2 million) as of March 31, 2022, having increased by 11.4 percent over the year.

Retained earnings of Pasha Bank amounted to 222.2 million manat ($130.7 million), which is 36.4 percent more than in 1Q2021.

Bank’s total capital amounted to 571.2 million manat ($336 million) in 1Q2022, having increased by 1.3 percent over the year.
