Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend / The Azerbaijani Postal Administration will participate in the permanent observation of the Universal Postal Union (UPU) as an international air correspondence, the Azerbaijani Communications and Information Technologies Ministry said.
Measures are being taken for the participation of Azerbaijan in this system from February to December 2008 in line with the recommendations of the UPU and the Ministry. A national coordinator was appointed to coordinate with appropriate bodies of the UPU on this issue.
